Terms of Agreement

We make your session a priority in our schedule, blocking time just for you. As such, we request a 24 hour notification if you cannot make your appointment. If you fail to give us at least a 24 hour notice of your cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of the session.

It is your responsibility to be on time to your session to receive the full amount of time scheduled. If you arrive late we will not be able to work overtime to accommodate the original amount of time scheduled, this would infringe on the appointment times of our other clients. In the case of a late arrival we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes. Arrival after 15 minutes may result in cancellation of your appointment.

We have zero tolerance for sexual harassment, assault and dangerous behavior. Heart and Soul Experiences exists as a space for the healing and safety of all, please help us keep our client’s feeling at ease within our walls. Any violent or disruptive behavior will result in termination of appointment and notification to law enforcement.
